TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PLAY

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   All proprietary content and materials used in connection with your participation in the Game remain the exclusive property of Century Downs Racetrack Casino (including but not limited to names, logos, images).

    Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved according to applicable Canadian law and regulations governing on-site gaming venues.Please direct all complaints or inquiries regarding your experience at Century Downs Racetrack Casino to management staff during regular business hours for assistance.

12. FINAL AGREEMENT

    This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Century Downs Racetrack Casino, and supersedes any previous agreements (written or oral).

By accepting these Terms when participating in the Game at the Century Downs Racetrack Casino location, you confirm that your actions are governed exclusively by Alberta's gaming regulations and laws.
